Newer to yoga? This is where you start. You'll learn to do yoga, safely and quickly one pose at a time, in the 7 Day Beginner Yoga Program.

I teach you the most common poses used in yoga in 9 easy lessons, first practicing each pose, then putting those same poses together in a flow.​​Then you'll get 2 full length beginner classes to put your skills to the test.

LEARN TO DO YOGA
Each day is broken down into 2 parts: Practice & Flow. In the Practice portion we break down 5 yoga poses, focusing on alignment, going over basics of what to do and not do in each.

Then in the Flow portion we put those 5 poses together, practicing transitions from one to the next, cleanly coming into and out of each.
