We turn the focus back Balance in this Short Yoga Workout. We start off balancing in tree, creating clear anchors through the bottom of the foot, where the foot meets the inner thigh, and the palms. The more anchors, the more support, the easier it is to balance. From there we build up a challenging Crescent, Warrior Three, Half Moon sequence, running it through 3 times with different arm variations, each time a little more challenging. We wrap things up back in Tree, more focused, more anchored, more balanced. If you're looking to work on balance, I highly recommend this class!
