A little resistance goes a long way in this weighted class! After a short warmup we grab the weights and do our thing. First with a Weighted Crescent & Warrior Three Series, and then head into a Weighted Triangle & Half Moon Series. And we wrap it all up with some targeted core work. This class really packs a punch!

Here we go again! Another Yoga with Weights Class! In today's weighted workout we alternate between two sequences, each time upping the ante with more challenging variations. I especially love the row into triangle toward the middle of class! FYI: A little resistance definitely goes a long way in this class. But...if you've been doing yoga with weights for a while now, and class seems to be getting easier, it's time to get some bigger weights!

From there we add the weights, moving through a Weighted Reverse Warrior & Triangle Series, followed up with a Weighted Side Plank. We take a 10 minute detour into a Weighted Core Section that really packs a punch! And then follow that up with a Weighted Crescent & Standing Split sequence. This is one heck of a workout!

In this Zoom Yoga Workout we take the focus back to Yoga with Weights, which means we're looking to build strength, period! We kick things off with a Weighted Crescent & Warrior 3 Series, finding both our balance and then tricep extensions. After a Weighted Cat & Cow detour, focused of building strength in our hamstrings, glutes & core, we then head into a Weighted Warrior, Triangle & Half Moon Series. And then we wrap things up with a quick core sequence. This class goes by FAST with very little downtime. One of my favorites this fall.

Poses you'll see are Extended Side Angle, Reverse Warrior, Triangle & half Moon Series. If you're looking to build strength then this is the class for you!

After first doing a little yoga without weights, getting a couple sequences in out body, we dive in with the weights, first with a Weighted Salutation & then we head into a Reverse Warrior, Extended Side Angle, Half Moon & Triangle series. From there we dive into a Weighted Crescent, Warrior Three Series, finding our balance as well as overhead extensions for our triceps. We wrap class up with a Weighted Cat/Cow, Three Legged Dog Series. Good times!

In this Livestream workout we take the focus back to Yoga with Weights, and this one is a good one!! It has a great flow and slow and steady build from start to finish. We kick things off seated, our start of choice for June. From there we do a little yoga without weights, previewing poses that we'll add resistance to later. Then we add the weights and do our thing. There's a gradual build to the class, with each pose and sequence leading to the next. Push yourself in this class, your future stronger self will thank you!!

In this Livestream Workout we take the focus back to Yoga with Weights. We start things off in Child's Pose, our start of choice for April, taking a moment to slow things down, quieting our minds, and finding our breath. Then we preview a few poses and sequences WITHOUT weights, getting these shapes in our body before adding resistance. From there we dive in with the weights, first building off our Sun Salutation warmup, adding both Crescent Pose & a Twist. From there we switch gears and move into a Reverse Warrior, Extended Side Angle, Half Moon & Triangle series. Then we dive into our core as well as a pigeon or headstand ending, yogi's choice! This class builds quickly, with each pose and sequence leading to the next. Perfect for building strength.
