In this 3 Day series, we divide our workouts in half, combining power yoga (yoga with weights + HIIT drills) and flexibility-focused sequences into one class, finding that

sweet balance between the two.

halfsies series: weights + Yin

A 'Halfsies' Program: Weights + Yin yoga. In the first half, we hit the ground running doing yoga with weights, and core-focused HIIT drills. From there we switch gears completely, moving into a yin-focused restorative series.

In this 3 Day series, we divide our workouts in half, combining power yoga (yoga with weights + HIIT drills) and recovery yoga (supported stretches with a yoga strap) into one balanced class, finding that sweet balance between the two.

3 day 'BUILDING
RESILIENCE' series

Filmed in Hawaii, in this new yoga series we focus on building up our resilience, putting ourselves into moments of discomfort in each class, neither fighting or flying, practicing for stress-inducing moments in the real world.

4 day 'I GOT your back' series

We’ll give our backs a little love in this 4-day Restorative Yoga Series, creating more flexibility and mobility in both our lower and middle backs, through a combination of movement, then active stretching, and finally restorative yoga poses.

7 day 'reset your breath' series

In this series, you’ll practice resetting your breathing pattern, slowing it down, with deeper and more relaxed breaths. It's the perfect tool to help you stay calm and relaxed during stressful situations.

3 day Napa YOGA training series

New 3 Day Interval Series coming 12.4 where we take our yoga one interval at a time. Filmed in Napa, each interval is designed to keep you engaged and challenged from start to finish.

YOGA series

In this new yoga series coming 12.21 we get our cardio on. Filmed in El Porto, this series takes off like a rocket and doesn't come down till that last good time drill is over.

Building strength by holding poses...most likely longer than either you or I want to. Each day we take it pose by pose, holding each pose for approximately one minute. 

3 DAY FLOW
YOGA SERIES

This is the perfect series for those of you who love to move in your daily practice. Each day we flow through a brand new sequence getting our vinyasa on!

In this series we of course do a lot of standing on one leg. But, we also focus on creating strong anchors within every pose helping us maintain our balance.

7 DAY MIAMI
YOGA SERIES

Each class includes 3 rounds of breathing exercises, yoga flows & balance challenges. First we breathe, then we move, then we balance. Good times!
